How to apply
Applying takes four steps. Every adult who will live in the home needs their own application. Questions? Call us at (559) 688-1400.

Download the application
Pick the application you need. The file will download to your computer.
Use the free Adobe Acrobat Reader. If you fill out the application in your web browser, your answers will not be saved. Download Adobe Reader (free)
Fill it out and save it
- Open the downloaded file in Adobe Reader.
- Fill in every section.
- Click File (top left), then Save As, and save it where you can find it, such as your Desktop.
Upload your application
Fill out the form below, attach your saved application, and enter the address of the property you're interested in.

Pay the application fee
The fee is $35 per applicant. Choose how many people are applying, then pay securely with PayPal. You can pay with a credit or debit card, and you don't need a PayPal account.
The application fee pays for screening, including a credit report. It is not a deposit or rent, and it is not refundable, even if the application is declined.
