Tenant Maintenance Request

Maintenance requests are reviewed during business hours Monday – Friday, from 8:00am – 5:00pm, excluding holidays. It is the policy of Excel Property Management, that all non-emergency service requests be processed in writing through our online Service Request form below. If you are unable to successfully submit an on-line Service Request you may alternatively call (559) 688-1400; however, for the fastest service, please follow the steps below:

  • Fill out the required fields on the form below.’
  • Describe the service request in detail and upload photos.
  • Once your request is submitted you will receive:
    • An initial confirmation email.
    • An email with detailed instructions to expedite your request and or contact information for setting a Service Call appointment. (Usually within 48 business hours)

Requirments For Application

Applicants must be 18 years or older and provide a valid Government ID or Driver’s License and Social Security card. All adults over 18 that will be occupying the home are required to submit an application. A $25 non-refundable fee will be required for all applications. Application fees may be paid in the form of exact cash, cashier’s checks, money orders or online. Applications that are not completed in full will not be considered. Please allow 3-5 business days for all applications to be processed.

  • Completed rental application
  • Pay check stubs covering the most recent 90-day period
  • Copy of Government ID or Driver’s License and Social Security Card
  • $25 non-refundable fee

COVID-19- TEMPORARY OFFICE CIRCUMSTANCES

At this time our office is closed for all walk-ins.  Please call the office for any questions regarding rents, maintenance request or rental applications.

You are responsible for paying the rent on the 1st of each month. A late payment will be assessed on your account if not received by the 5th.

  • There is a drop box located next to the front door where you can drop off your rent or applications.
  • Please make sure to fill out check/money order and add your address
